Good for streaming, some connectivity issues

Carnival internet works well for Netflix and YouTube streaming. Speed is usually good during off-peak hours. However, I have noticed some connectivity drops during evening peak times. Customer service is friendly but resolution takes time.

Been using Carnival for 4 months. Speed is okay for regular use. Had one major outage that lasted 6 hours, but otherwise stable. Customer service could be more responsive.
